These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 8888jili ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") — the operator of the website located at 8888jili.best and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by 8888jili, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the 8888jili platform. 8888jili reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use 8888jili's paid services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account details current. 8888jili reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at 8888jili. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Each player may hold only one (1) active account at 8888jili. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Account registration is permitted only for individuals physically located in the Philippines or other jurisdictions where 8888jili holds a valid operating licence.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 8888jili will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure to keep login credentials secure.
• You must notify 8888jili support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person under any circumstances.

8888jili accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱) only. No currency conversion is applied. All amounts displayed on the platform are in Philippine pesos unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• GCash — instant credit, minimum ₱100
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — instant credit, minimum ₱100
• GrabPay — instant credit, minimum ₱100
• Coins.ph — typically within 10 minutes, minimum ₱100
• InstaPay bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other member banks) — typically 15–30 minutes, minimum ₱200

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

8888jili reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts, particularly in connection with responsible gaming controls or AML compliance. Players may also request voluntary deposit limits through their account settings.

Withdrawals at 8888jili are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified account in your name. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for fully verified accounts, subject to available balance.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals are usually completed within 5–15 minutes once processed. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Delays may occur during high volume periods or when additional verification is required.

• Accounts must be fully verified (KYC completed) before withdrawal requests above ₱10,000 will be processed.
• 8888jili may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawals as part of standard AML compliance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the player's own name.
• 8888jili reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

8888jili offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer. General bonus terms that apply to all promotions are set out below.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as listed on the promotion page.
• 8888jili reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings if it reasonably believes that a player has deliberately exploited a promotion, engaged in matched betting, or used bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
• Referral bonuses are credited once the referred friend completes all qualifying conditions including registration, verified deposit, and minimum wager threshold.

All sports bets at 8888jili are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by 8888jili, it is binding on both parties, subject to the exceptions set out below.

• Palpable errors: 8888jili reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that were posted in obvious error (e.g., a result of a data feed malfunction or an accidentally transposed figure). Such bets will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless a specific settlement rule applies for that market (e.g., if a sufficient portion of the event has been completed).
• Live in-play bets: Bets placed on in-play markets are final once confirmed. Internet latency on the player's side does not constitute grounds for voiding a bet that was placed after the relevant event (e.g., a goal already scored).
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply per sport and market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface. Bets accepted above these limits will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
• 8888jili's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the dispute process outlined in Section 13.

All casino games at 8888jili — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and poker — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or real-time live dealer outcomes. The integrity of all games is maintained through regular third-party audits.

• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game (e.g., disconnection, server error), bets will be settled based on the game state at the point of interruption where that state can be verified. If the game state cannot be reliably determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Players are not permitted to use automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to assist in gameplay decisions. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between poker players is strictly prohibited. 8888jili's game security team monitors for patterns consistent with collusion and reserves the right to close accounts and recover funds where collusion is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8888jili platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account per person, or using another person's identity to open an account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play casino games
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information
• Facilitating or attempting to facilitate any of the above on behalf of another person
• Any conduct that 8888jili reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players

8888jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with the platform's licence conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 8888jili may withhold the account balance pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, balances including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 8888jili customer support. Voluntary account closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed with priority. A player who has voluntarily self-excluded may not request reopening of the account for the duration of the self-exclusion period, regardless of circumstances.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.

• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8888jili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Complaint Process: If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Contact 8888jili customer support via live chat or email at support@8888jili.best with full details of your complaint. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24–48 hours.
• Step 2: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request a formal review by submitting a written complaint to support@8888jili.best with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 8888jili will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a final decision within 14 days.
• Step 3: If you remain unsatisfied after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may refer your complaint to PAGCOR through their official regulatory complaints process.

Bet settlement disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

8888jili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or our licensing authority.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 8888jili.best/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
